We are proud to partner with Florida Medical Thermography to offer thermography scans at our office once a month. Thermography, a non-invasive and painless imaging technique, uses infrared cameras to detect heat patterns in the body. By scheduling a thermography scan, you can benefit from early detection of potential health issues, such as breast abnormalities, inflammation, nerve damage, or circulation problems. This comfortable procedure is suitable for all ages and involves no contact or compression. Breast Study - $250
The breast images are from the neck to below the breasts.
The images are front and side views, each breast individually, under both breasts, armpits, and the back. We are not just looking for cancer; we are looking for imbalances that may lead to problems in the future. Cancer does not develop overnight, and the body exhibits certain characteristics before the cancer actually forms. Many factors can influence the health of the breast, such as thyroid dysfunction, hormone imbalances, lymphatic congestion, toxicity, calcification, and more. Thermography can identify these concerns so that a plan can be implemented.
Breast & Chest Study ~ $275
We now offer to include the chest area and breast study for an additional $25. This study will cover the heart and lungs.
Full Body Study, Female & Male ~ $600
Head, neck, chest, back, abdomen, legs, arms, hands & feet.
This scan is the same as the Health Study but includes the arms, hands, legs, and feet. This screening can be beneficial for someone with diabetes, neuropathy, blood clots, injuries, arthritis, and more.
Dental Study ~ $200
Thermography can be used to identify not only dental concerns, but also the path of bacteria and inflammation stemming from teeth to other areas of the body. Studies show there is a relationship between oral health and 90% of all systemic diseases in the body.
2 Regions of Interest Study - $350
Pick 2 of the following regions: Head, neck, chest, back, abdomen, legs, arms, hands & feet.
We offer the option to choose which Region of Interest you select. For instance, it can be the Head and Breast or the Breast and the Abdominal Region. Speak with your thermographer about your concerns to decide the best thermography study for you.
Women’s & Men’s Health Study ~ $450
Head, neck, chest, back, abdomen.
The head and neck images can identify dental infections, TMJ, sinus issues, carotid artery disease, thyroid dysfunction, and more. The chest images include the breast, heart, lungs, esophagus, and spinal problems. The abdomen can show if there is developing pathology in the bladder, uterus, colon, liver, gallbladder, and more. The Health Screen is where most people like to start so they can have a thorough overview of the body and what areas may need to be addressed.
Protocol
There is a protocol for each person’s scan to ensure the best experience for those who get a thermography scan. This process involves triple-checking all information provided behind the scenes while the scan is being interpreted by a doctor specializing in reading and understanding thermography scans.
Once this process is complete, your scans will be sent to you and your doctor at your request.
